Today, the VSA hosted a fantastic event celebrating public education in Vermont. This gathering showcased the outstanding work happening in Vermont schools through a variety of presentations, performances, demonstrations, and exhibits focused on four key themes: youth voice and leadership, community connections, future-ready learners, and safe and healthy schools.
We are especially proud of a group of Neshobe students who presented on their production of the morning announcements. Their presentation was exceptional, shining a positive light on both their creativity and our district. Great job to all involved!

What an incredible past week at OCA! Thanks to Ms. Landon, our students got the exciting opportunity to learn how to skateboard. The enthusiasm was so great that we’ve extended Skateboard Week into this week too! Students are eager to keep improving, and we’re thrilled they’ll have more time to practice and enjoy this fun activity. This extra time will allow even more students to join in on the fun and continue building confidence on the board. We can’t thank Ms. Landon enough for making this experience possible!

Congratulations to Brendan McLoughlin, Otter Valley Union High School's recent Student of the Week in the Addison Independent.
Brendan's hard work and dedication to Otter Valley, made him the recent student of the week. From his work as class president, to participating in 14 theater productions at OV over the years, Debate Club, Otter Valley Alliance, Broadcast Club, Jazz Band and the Cross Country Team -- Brendan exemplifies the values that we hold here at RNESU.
When not at school or involved in one of his many activities, you can find Brendan working at Hannaford Supermarkets or at Morningside Bakery.
Congratulations again, Brendan, and thank you for being a wonderful role model! Keep up the amazing work!
