As always I am enjoying cooking for the students here at Leicester.  I was so proud of them for experimenting with pasta.  I explained that all noodles are pasta and pasta comes in many different shapes and sizes.  So after going to each class with a 15 lb. bag of ziti, the kids tried ziti in place of spaghetti.

 On another note, one of the favorites here at school is oatmeal for breakfast and brunch for lunch.  Both of these are so much better with real Vermont maple syrup on them.  However,  our donation of maple syrup has run out.  So if anyone has some syrup they are willing to donate, it would be much appreciated by myself and the students.
